We’ve already talked about how users can categorize themselves based on their creative interests and skills. When a user has an idea for a new project, they can list it and discuss what they’re looking for in terms of those categories, which will allow people to connect. If you want to write a comic but can’t draw, for instance, you might give a summary about your ideas for the comic and the goals you want to achieve, then open it up to artists—those artists can then reply to the project leader, link to the portfolio on their profile, etc. It’s very similar to how freelance websites like Elance and PeoplePerHour work, though not nearly as soulless.

The project leader can then add users to their project and start the engines, at which point they’ll get a workshop to work in.
